4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved reimbursements will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for reimbursements, as consultants dedicate time exclusively to each client.

4.2 Digital Resources

Digital resources are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 50% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, please use the form on our site. Once approved, reimbursements are issued within 7 business days.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back may apply. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Modification of Terms

Zenviora reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the site.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
